Bakersfield Low Rider, Truck & Motorcycle Council Host Feeding the Homeless in Bakersfield

Saturday Nov. 19, 2016 – Project Feeding the Homeless at Martin Luther King Park, Bakersfield.

This event was the 2nd annual and it was held by the Bakersfield Lowrider car, truck and motorcycle council. Various clubs came together to cook a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for the less fortunate. Some of the clubs involved  where Classic Dreams, Brown Effects, Limited, Backyard Boogie, Carnales, Groupe, Aztec Image, Sickside, Klique and Latin World. Each club cooked five turkeys, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn and various desserts. We approximately feed 60 to 80 children and adults. It was a blessing helping the less fortunate and putting a smile on their face.
